sept. 5 food

brekky: smoothie, a bunch of frozen corn (it's like candy corn only better!). small handful of pumpkin seeds.

lunch: carrots and celery sticks, apple. was out during lunch and figured I could wait and have a big dinner.

dinner: 1.5 boiled ears of corn with avocado butter. lots of black bean and corn salad. I ate a lot but was very active today, so hopefully it's no big deal.

think I'm eating enough corn?
